After setting up the sales vehicle I dug in to improving my items. I tried new stuff all the time. The way I looked at it was, the more options I gave people, the more people would buy. I was a little wrong there, my customers don't usually want new items. the love the classics. And will wait until they are ready to buy with extreme patience and sometimes they just forget totally. Life just happens that way sometimes for the middle class. My customers are mostly men or there wives, they really respect the craftsmanship and understand that welding stainless is difficult and making my jewelry look the way it is isn't easy. It takes a great deal of time. Again I repeat how thankful I am to all the people that purchase, wear and tell their friends about my website. Word of mouth is my biggest asset.
